He brings more than 15 years of experience in cards and payments, having worked with leading Fortune 500 companies, fintechs, and crypto firms to launch, scale, and optimize credit, debit, and prepaid card programs, as well as broader payments and banking businesses. Before joining Rain, Sean held senior business development and partnerships roles at Mastercard, where he focused on co-brand, fintech, and crypto partnerships. Earlier in his career, he advised clients on payments strategy and issuer operating models at West Monroe Partners and Auriemma Consulting Group. With experience spanning both established financial networks and emerging digital asset platforms, Sean brings a practical perspective on the convergence of TradFi and onchain finance.
