Responsible Business Lending Coalition

Louis Caditz-Peck serves as the Executive Director of the Responsible Business Lending Coalition (RBLC), an industry/nonprofit voice on small business financial protection and innovation. The RBLC and its members represent over one thousand small business groups, for-profit lenders, nonprofit small business and community advocates. Across many differences, these groups have come together to set industry standards for small business financing to improve small businesses' access to responsible capital.

Louis previously proposed and worked to launch the small business lending program at the fintech bank LendingClub, and was a small business lender at the CDFI Self-Help Credit Union. Louis also co-founded American Fintech Council and Marketplace Lending Association trade associations. He has served as a Senior Advisor to the Aspen Institute’s Business Ownership Initiative and to the National Community Reinvestment Coalition, and as an appointed member of the CFPB's Consumer Advisory Board.
