With a career spanning approximately three decades, Reddy has established herself as a formidable force in the tech industry. Her role at Athena highlights her commitment to innovative technology and strategic leadership.
Reddy's professional journey is marked by her tenure as Managing Director at Facebook India and South Asia, where she played a pivotal role in the company's expansion in emerging markets. She was Facebook's first employee in India, demonstrating her trailblazing spirit. Prior to Athena, she was SoftBank Investment Adviser’s first female Investment Partner, focusing on frontier, enterprise and health tech investments.

She serves on the Board of Trustees, Syracuse University, and served as Chair, Stanford Business School Management Board.

She has been named to ADWEEK’s AI Power 50, Fast Company’s Most Creative People in Business, and Fortune India’s Most Powerful Women, among many other recognitions.
