Bentzi Rabi is the Co-founder and CEO of Utila, where he leads the mission to enable fintechs, banks, payment firms, and enterprises to securely manage and build on digital assets. Utila is one of the fastest-growing institutional wallet platforms today, powering stablecoin payments, treasury, and trading operations for 250+ organizations globally and processing over $20B in monthly volume.
Bentzi is an engineer turned entrepreneur with a background across cybersecurity, venture capital, and deep-tech investing. He began his career as an R&D specialist and officer in an elite military intelligence unit, before joining a Perception Point as an early engineer, contributing to its core product and growth through to acquisition.
He later transitioned into venture capital, where he focused on early-stage investments across AI, cybersecurity, and infrastructure, gaining a front-row view into how category-defining technologies are built and scaled.
Today, Bentzi is focused on shaping the next phase of institutional digital asset adoption, driving the shift from “Stablecoin 1.0” to “Stablecoin 2.0” - where organizations move from black-box providers to owning their infrastructure, choosing counterparties, and controlling unit economics.
